According to Iranian state television, the attack targeted two residential buildings located in the Shahid Shahr Shahriar district, causing both structures to collapse.
The report specified that four other people were injured as a result of the bombing, which directly impacted areas inhabited by civilians.
Iranian media indicated that the attacks carried out the previous night against Tehran and the city of Qom left at least 34 dead, although authorities have not yet released an official, consolidated figure.
For its part, the Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), based in the United States, estimated that the conflict has caused the deaths of 3,540 people.
Meanwhile, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies recently reported that at least 1,900 civilians have died and another 20,000 have been injured.
Since February 28, Israel and the United States have been conducting military operations against Iran, in a scenario of escalating tension that has left thousands of victims, while Tehran responds by launching missiles and drones toward Israeli territory.
Iran maintains that its attacks target US interests in Arab countries, although some of these attacks have caused casualties and damage to civilian infrastructure, drawing condemnation from affected nations.
