In a message posted on the social media platform X, the Iranian entity questioned the international organization’s reaction to the bombing of nuclear facilities, deeming it insufficient to express “deep concern” about such events.
The AEOI stressed that attacks on nuclear facilities constitute “war crimes” and warned that minimizing their severity through what it described as passive stances could embolden those responsible for such actions.
Bushehr nuclear facility was attacked yesterday, marking the fourth such incident since the start of US and Israeli military operations against Iran on February 28.
For its part, the IAEA called for restraint after the attacks, and its Director General, Rafael Mariano Grossi, expressed his concern about what happened at the facility located in the south of the country.
Since the end of February, the confrontation between Iran, the United States, and Israel has intensified, with exchanges of attacks that have left thousands dead and wounded.
