Presented by the Cubasol Business Group and its associated companies, the awards were a highlight of this innovative electronic event, held from May 7 to 9, with Saturday dedicated to in-person attendance at Josone Park in Varadero.

In the Typical Cuban Cocktails Competition category, Zahimy Hartman Mulen was the winner, and in the Cuban Franchises Competition, Anisleydi Ferrer Gonzalez took first place.

Regarding Cuban Rhythms, Danay Durruty Herrera won first place, and Luis Yordanis Alvarez Verdecia went second. The Cuban Tobacco Culture Award was also presented, with Camila Quiroga Fong and Lianna Reyes Cabañas taking the prize.

FITCuba 2026 served to highlight the resilience of Cuban tourism, despite the economic difficulties the country faces, especially those related to fuel due to pressure from the United States, which prevents many airlines from continuing to connect the nation.
