The Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) cited the Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health, which specified that three Israeli bombings targeting the coastal highway between Sidon and the south of the country left eight dead, including two children.

The attacks specifically hit the towns of Barja, Jiyyeh, and Saadiyat.

Additionally, one person was killed and another wounded in an Israeli drone strike against a vehicle near the Rafik Hariri Sports City, north of Sidon.

Israeli warplanes also launched airstrikes against areas between the towns of Baraachit and Shaqra in the Bint Jbeil district, as well as Majdal Zoun and Deir Amas in the Tyre district.

Another attack took place on the Naqoura road near the Relax Hotel, where one person was wounded.

Israeli forces also carried out airstrikes on the city of Khiam, accompanied by heavy machine-gun fire in the area.

The previous day, seven people, including a Syrian citizen, were killed in Israeli attacks on towns in southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that the total number of fatalities since the start of the Israeli offensive on March 2nd has risen to 2,882, while the number of wounded has reached 8,768.
