Diaz-Canel pointed out that Cuba does not pose a threat, nor does it have any aggressive plans or intentions against any country. It has no such plans or intentions against the United States, nor has it ever had them, a fact well known to the U.S. government, especially its defense and national security agencies, the head of state wrote.

Through the aforementioned social network, he denounced that media outlets are playing into this game, promoting slander and leaking insinuations from the U.S. government itself.
He cited the digital news channel Axios, linked to the State Department, which reported that Havana had discussed plans to use drones to attack the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, U.S. military vessels, and Florida.
