Miroshnik posted on his Telegram channel, “Kiev is actively boosting the escalation of a terrorist war with deliberate attacks on the civilian population and civilian infrastructure, which can only be described as war crimes.”
The diplomat commented on the recent Ukrainian drone attacks on civilian facilities in the Donetsk People’s Republic, which left at least one dead and four injured in the last 24 hours.
Miroshnik warned that “reprisals against the positions of the murderers and terrorists will not be long in coming.”
