They remembered that Xi sent a congratulatory letter to this same forum in 2023 and suggested boosting human rights through security, development, and cooperation.

Attendees noted that China is pursuing a development path in this area that is in accordance with national conditions and current trends.

They also indicated that the country has successfully implemented four national action plans on human rights.

The delegates affirmed that the current international situation presents severe challenges to the implementation of human rights.
