  To achieve this, it is necessary to reorganize wholesale trade, prioritizing the creation of supply markets with direct access for individuals and legal entities without limiting the actors who carry out this activity.

  Another proposal is to transition from the regulated basic food basket to controlled sales without subsidies in the retail network, as well as authorizing the sale and provision of services by foreign entities established in the country, including branches and representative offices.

  New services include the creation of chains of stores, restaurants, and a network of light dining establishments featuring well-known brands and others that will expand nationwide. In addition, an automated, digital, auditable, and publicly accessible system will be created for the bidding of premises and assets to all economic actors.
