In its daily report, the health ministry informed 17 deaths and seven injuries in the last 24 hours.
The ministry did not specify whether all the deaths were new victims or if some were related to the subsequent recovery of bodies in bombed areas.
The updated toll came shortly after health authorities announced the deaths of two people and injuries to a third from Israeli army gunfire during road clearing operations in the town of Nabatieh al-Fawqa, in the south of the country.
This was the first attack with fatalities after two days of relative calm, following the entry into force of the agreement between the United States and Iran.
Despite the decrease in airstrikes, Israel continues its operations and shelling of areas in southern Lebanon, in addition to maintaining its occupation of border areas within Lebanese territory.
Since March 2, 2016, the Israeli offensive on Lebanon has displaced more than one million people, according to official Lebanese figures.
