During the session, 13 issues were addressed, all focused on establishing leadership, governance, administration, action, development, and national defense capabilities in the new period.
To Lam, who is also the President of Vietnam, noted that the decisions adopted by the CPV Central Committee should generate four strategic shifts.
First, enhancing the leadership, governance, and operational quality of the Party and State apparatus.
Secondly, establishing unified governance of the development space and an effective use of national resources.
Thirdly, advancing a development model driven by productivity, knowledge, technology, and human resources.
Finally, proactively prevent disasters, strengthen resilience and adaptability, and firmly protect the country.
