Cuban President leads swearing-in ceremony of new ambassadors

Havana, Jul 25 (Prensa Latina) President Miguel Diaz-Canel presided over the swearing-in ceremony of 26 new ambassadors who will represent Cuba abroad with loyalty, dedication, and a profound sense of responsibility, the Foreign Ministry reported.

The diplomatic institution stated that the diplomats are committed to serving their country and defending its principles in every arena.

The Ministry affirmed that the new heads of mission, inspired by the legacy of those who have shaped the Revolution’s foreign policy, will carry Cuba’s voice with firmness, respect, and a commitment to dialogue, strengthening the bonds of friendship, solidarity, and cooperation with the peoples of the world.

Always, the institution emphasized via social media, in defense of sovereignty, the nation’s interests, and the principles of the Revolution.

Cuban Parliament President Esteban Lazo, Prime Minister Manuel Marrero, and Communist Party (PCC) Central Committee Organization Secretary Roberto Morales attended the ceremony along with Diaz-Canel.
