Alberto Mas, one of the promoters behind the “Estamos con Cuba” (We Stand with Cuba) campaign, shared the news with Prensa Latina with great joy.

The campaign is supported by more than 60 political, academic, social, student, legal, and human rights organizations, which organized multiple fundraising activities amid the complex economic conditions Argentina is currently experiencing.

MASCuba could send 45 solar energy systems, each with its respective panels, converters, and batteries.

The Cuban Energy and Mines Ministry will be responsible for their distribution and installation.

The Movement noted, “The freight cost much more because no shipping company wanted to transport the cargo.”

The campaign “Estamos con Cuba” received contributions nationwide, collected through cultural activities, events, and gatherings that fueled the aid to Cuba, culminating in this shipment.
