According to the report, a traveler is defined as any person moving between two or more different countries. If a person travels outside their country of residence, they are considered an international traveler, regardless of the reason for the trip or the mode of transport.
Likewise, international visitors are defined as those traveling to a country other than their usual place of residence for a period not exceeding one year, primarily for leisure, recreation, business, or personal reasons, rather than to engage in paid activity in the country visited.
