Galuzin noted, “As President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said, without addressing the root causes of this crisis, a freeze is not possible. In July and August, the Ukrainian Armed Forces used drones to carry out demonstration terrorist attacks on facilities supporting the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, which primarily serves the interests of the Kazakh economy.”
The official stated that Russia operates on the premise that its Kazakh allies fully understand that terrorism must be combated in all its forms and expressions.
Galuzin emphasized, “The best way to achieve this is to curb the terrorist activity of the Kiev regime and guarantee peace and security in Eurasia by resolving the conflict surrounding Ukraine, addressing its root causes. This is precisely what our country seeks with this special military operation. As we know, security is for everyone or for no one.”
