The last major prisoner swap with Ukraine took place on August 19, when 103 Russian soldiers returned from territory controlled by Kyiv and, in exchange, 103 Ukrainian prisoners of war were handed over.
Lantratova also reported that Russia returned 10 prisoners of war to Ukraine on Monday and, in return, received another 10 Russian soldiers this Wednesday in the framework of a new humanitarian exchange mission.
The two sides have so far conducted five other exchanges of prisoners of war, as well as two repatriations of deceased soldiers.
