“Search and rescue operations have concluded. The deaths of 15 people have been confirmed, including one Russian citizen and 14 Chinese citizens.

All the deceased were employees of contracting companies,” the company stated.

Meanwhile, the number of hospitalized individuals has increased from 36 to 39. Specifically, 21 injured people are at the interdistrict hospital in the city of Svobodny, and nine are at the Amur Regional Clinical Hospital.

Another nine people were transferred on a special medical flight to Moscow for treatment at federal medical centers.

The company’s management decided to provide additional compensation to the families of the deceased and hospitalized employees.

Emergency recovery work is currently underway at the site of the incident. At unaffected facilities, construction, assembly, and commissioning work will continue as normal.
