The exchanges, reached by the publication and attributed to WhatsApp conversations between Vorcaro and mining entrepreneur Flavio Carneiro, began on December 8, 2024, when Carneiro asked the banker if he would attend a dinner with “my namesake and his father.”

Vorcaro initially replied that he was unaware of the meeting but later suggested they speak before he made a decision.

VThe following day, the banker himself revisited the matter and asked Carneiro not to mention the meeting to anyone else. “That issue would finish me off,” he wrote, according to screenshots released by *CartaCapital*.

According to sources linked to the investigation into the so-called “Master Case”—cited by *CartaCapital*—the “namesake” mentioned in the messages is Flavio Bolsonaro, and “his father” refers to Jair Bolsonaro.

These new conversations join a body of messages and documents obtained by investigators in the Master Case, which have placed Vorcaro’s relationships with businesspeople and political figures under scrutiny.

This disclosure comes amidst the campaign for Brazil’s October general elections, in which Flavio Bolsonaro is running for the presidency representing the Liberal Party.
