According to the news agency, Fidan pointed out during a press briefing in New York after participating in the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) that Israel’s actions no longer go unanswered as they once did.
The foreign minister said, “The injustice and massacres Israel is committing no longer go unanswered, as previously occurred.”
The head of Turkish diplomacy noted that Israel faces growing international isolation and highlighted the role of “firm diplomacy” to turn the international community’s feelings into protests, political stances, and concrete measures.
He affirmed, “Turkiye, along with its partners and allies, is making intense efforts through all diplomatic channels, and we are clearly seeing the results of these initiatives.”
Fidan underscored that Ankara aims to immediately end the tragedy in Gaza, increase humanitarian aid, and ensure that Palestinians can face their future without fear.
