Moscow, Oct. 4 (Prensa Latina) The Russian Foreign Ministry has once again warned foreign citizens—including diplomatic mission personnel—against remaining in Ukraine or traveling to its territory.   The document issued by the ministry reiterates that, in response to terrorist acts by the Ukrainian Armed Forces against Russia's civilian population and infrastructure, the local army continues to systematically launch attacks on military facilities in Kyiv and other cities.
