The scientific debate brought together managers from the National Energy Union and the Territorial Electric Company at the University of Holguin, who examined organizational proposals and training plans aimed at consolidating this strategic sector of sustainable development.

As part of the strategy for the transfer of knowledge to the productive sector, the meeting allowed to finalize a collaboration agreement with the Electric Company of Las Tunas, an initiative aimed at directly impacting the regional energy infrastructure.

This integration between the academy and the country’s operational entities reinforces the search for greater sovereignty in the exploitation of renewable sources, a priority objective within the socioeconomic transformation policies of the Caribbean nation.
