The president issued this call via his X account on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Higher School for State and Government Cadres, extending his congratulations to its distinguished faculty, staff, and students.

The educational institution aims to equip cadres with the knowledge and skills needed to improve their performance in their roles; refine management methods, styles, and techniques; and foster economic literacy, respect for the rule of law, and the use of information and communication technologies.

It is also responsible for providing methodological guidance to other institutions authorized to conduct advanced training in these areas.

The institution contributes to strengthening relations with the country’s various bodies, agencies, and institutions, as well as to the development of its foreign relations.
