Spokesperson Ella Waweya posted on X that the maneuvers encompassed the areas of responsibility of the West Bank Division, the 98th, 96th, and 210th Divisions, belonging to the Central and Northern Commands.
The spokesperson explained that the West Bank Division, tasked with military operations in that occupied Palestinian territory, is participating alongside the 98th Division, consisting of paratroopers and commando units.
The 96th Division, a reserve unit under the Central Command, is responsible for sectors along the eastern border with Jordan, including the Jordan Valley, and takes part.
Meanwhile, the 210th Division, known as “Bashan,” operates under the Northern Command and is responsible for military activities in the occupied Syrian Golan, the border zone with Syria, Hermon Mount, and areas near the Lebanese border.
Waweya said the maneuvers are part of the 2026 military training program and intended to improve operational readiness, incorporate lessons learned during the war, strengthen settlements’ defense, and enhance the coordination of air support for ground forces.
