Organizers said this recurring event, held on the last Sunday of each month, will feature Cuban flags and slogans against the blockade.
The route will begin near the Administration Faculty at the University of Panama, pass through the city’s leading avenues, and conclude with a demonstration against this hostile policy at the Cuban Embassy here.
AMCRP President Roberto Leon recently told Prensa Latina about this initiative’s significance, coming just three days before the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) votes on a resolution submitted by Havana, demanding the lifting of the US siege.
The vote is scheduled for October 27-28.
Official figures stated that between March 1, 2025, and February 28, 2026, the US blockade inflicted damage on Cuba amounting to 8,083,300,000 billion dollars at current prices.
