TASS agency reported that these African leaders, along with other presidents arriving in Moscow, will participate in the summit, to be held on October 28-29.
In August, Ghanaian Foreign Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa said President Mahama hopes to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the summit.
Established in 2019, the Russia-Africa forum serves as a platform for dialogue.
Two summits: the first in Sochi in 2019, and the second in Saint Petersburg in 2023, have been held to date.
Official information noted that the third summit will focus on economic issues, trade, and investment, as well as cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy, independent payment systems, food security, and digitalization.
