This edition’s slogan is: “The Mission of Media and Cooperative Actions Amid Intelligent Transformation.”

International representatives told Xinhua that artificial intelligence (AI) is profoundly transforming the global media industry.

Participants stressed the importance of dialogue and cooperation among media outlets from different countries to address the changes brought about by this technology and assume shared responsibilities in the face of contemporary challenges.

The program includes an opening ceremony, a high-level dialogue on cooperation, plenary sessions, parallel forums, technology and photography exhibitions, and several cultural activities.

Participants will exchange views until November 9 on the inclusive development of AI and the transformation of global media.
