Moscow, Jun 30 (Prensa Latina) The minister of Culture of Russia, Olga Lyubimova, and its peer from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Seung Jeong-gyu, signed a cultural cooperation plan for 2025-2027, according to a TASS report.
