Brasilia, Oct 12 (Prensa Latina) Ricardo Villas Boas Cueva, the Inspector General of the Electoral Justice system, suspended the order to remove the "Exercito do Lula" (Lula's Army) channel from WhatsApp; the channel is linked to the campaign of Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
