Istanbul, Nov 8 (Prensa Latina) Feridun Sinirlioglu, a Turkish candidate for United Nations Secretary-General, affirmed that despite its imperfections, it is indispensable to address global challenges.   At a meeting at UN headquarters, where he presented his priorities if elected, the diplomat said respecting the UN Charter is not merely an idealistic stance, but rather the only way to resolve disputes among the States.
