Holguin, Cuba, Jun 13 (Prensa Latina) Cuban writer Humberto Fuentes, under the pseudonym Bill, unanimously won the 27th Celestino Short Story Prize in this eastern province with his work Cubacabana, it was announced at the close of the literary competition.
