Havana, Aug 3 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez recalled a sentiment expressed by the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, regarding the immorality of the blockade policy implemented by the United States government against the island.
