Mexico, Sep 13 (Prensa Latina) Thirty one countries have confirmed their attendance to the VI Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (Celac) that will be inaugurated on Saturday 18 in Mexico City, the Foreign Ministry announced today.
