Santiago de Cuba, Oct 29 (Prensa Latina) The member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (CCPCC), José R. Monteagudo Ruiz, was elected here today as the new first secretary by the provincial plenary session of the organization.
