La Paz, Dec 12 (La Paz) Bolivia’s Prisons Director, Juan Carlos Limpias, confirmed today the extradition to the United States of the country's former commander of the Special Force against Drug Trafficking, Maximiliano Davila, under drug trafficking charges.
