Santiago de Chile, May 25 (Prensa Latina) Francisco Frei, brother of former president Eduardo Frei Ruiz-Tagle (1994-2000), is on Thursday a fugitive from justice in Chile, which convicted him of fraud, misappropriation and forgery, among other crimes.
