Tegucigalpa, Apr 16 (Prensa Latina) The Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) considers it appropriate to create a special commission to check if former Ecuadorian Vice President Jorge Glas has been properly treated, CELAC´s President Xiomara Castro stated.
