Bogota, Oct 29 (Prensa Latina) — Colombia’s Pacto Histórico party and its parliamentary caucus have condemned the vote cast by the administration of Abelardo de la Espriella against the resolution calling for an end to the blockade imposed by the United States on Cuba.
