Quito, Jan 30 (Prensa Latina) Ecuador's Human Rights Documentation Center "Segundo Montes Mozo S.J." (CSMM) criticized the US plan to use the illegally occupied Guantanamo military base in Cuba as a mass detention center for migrants.
