Holguin, Cuba, Oct 12 (Prensa Latina) The municipal government of the Cuban eastern city of Holguin on Tuesday disapproved the holding of a demonstration that it described as illegal, whose promoters have ties with subversive organizations which seek to destabilize the constitutional order of the island.
