Santiago de Cuba, Dec 18 (Prensa Latina) Namibian President Nangolo Mbumba paid tribute on Wednesday to Cuban National Hero José Martí in front of the urn that holds his remains in the Santa Ifigenia heritage cemetery in this eastern city.
