BCC makes official to use Russian MIR Cards in Cuba

Havana, Dec 5 (Prensa Latina) Cuba´s Central Bank (BCC) on Tuesday confirmed the use of Russian MIR cards as a means of payment in Cuba´s ATMs and Point-of-Sale Terminals (POS).

St. Petersburg, Russia, Jun 15 (Prensa Latina) Cuban banks have just began to accept and use the Mir payment cards, so it´s an all-important step towards bilateral cooperation, the Cuba-Russia Business Committee President Boris Titov informed Thursday.
