Moscow, Apr 18 (Prensa Latina) Olga Skorobogatova, first deputy governor of the Central Bank of Russia, assured that her country is currently working on launching in Cuba the Mir ("World" or "Peace") cards, which belong to the National Payment Card System (NSPK).
