Brasilia, Feb 4 (Prensa Latina) Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will participate on Wednesday in the launch of the Pact to Fight Femicide, a joint initiative among the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches for coordinated action against those crimes.
