Asuncion, Dec 27 (Prensa Latina) The National Telecommunications Commission (Conatel) of Paraguay announced on Friday that on December 31 there will be an “analog blackout” in Asuncion, the Central department and in the districts of Cordillera, Paraguarí, Presidente Hayes and Ñeembuc.
