San Jose, June 23 (Prensa Latina) The resolutions of the 19th Congress of the Popular Vanguard Party, which express support for regional political processes such as those in Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Cuba, have had a great impact both inside and outside Costa Rica. The documents signed during the closing ceremony of the meeting also included solidarity with the peoples of Honduras and Panama, as well as the defense of a policy favorable to native people, and Afro-descendant communities from Costa Rica.
