Russia halts punitive Twitter slowdown, warns other tech platforms

Moscow, May 18 (Prensa Latina) Russian State Communication watchdog Roskomnadzor halted a punitive slowdown of Twitter after it deleted more than 90% content deemed illegal by Moscow, but warned other US internet platforms to comply with local legislation or face similar penalties.
