Jordan´s former Crown Prince acquitted from plot prosecution

Amman, Apr 13 (Prensa Latina) Jordanian Prime Minister Bisher al-Khasawneh acquitted former Crown Prince Hamzah bin Hussein from alleged plot to dethrone his half-brother, King Abdullah II, according to lawmakers. The Prime Minister confirmed today there was no coup (attempt) earlier this month.

Amman, Apr 8 (Prensa Latina) King of Jordan Abdullah II said in a statement on Thursday that the political crisis resulting from an alleged plot involving former Crown Prince Hamzah bin Hussein was over, the Jordan Times newspaper reported.
