Addis Ababa, Feb 8 (Prensa Latina) Brazil's ambassador to Ethiopia, Jandyr Ferreira dos Santos, praised the transformation of the capital city in preparation for hosting the African Union Summit of Heads of State and Government, the Ethiopian News Agency reported.
