Brasilia, Aug 23 (Prensa Latina) Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva pledged to reclaim territories siezed by organized crime in the state of Rio de Janeiro for the benefit of the population, through actions against criminals, thus preventing indiscriminate violence.
