Santo Domingo, Sep 18 (Prensa Latina) The Dominican Association of Teachers (ADP) has reported new difficulties at schools in Salcedo, Hermanas Mirabal province, including unfinished construction projects, teacher shortages, and delays in the delivery of uniforms.
