Hanoi, Oct 25 (Prensa Latina) – Cuban Deputy Prime Minister Oscar Perez-Oliva has sent a formal recognition to Bui Hong Phuc, honoring his 40 years of continuous service as a translator and interpreter for the Economic and Commercial Office of the Cuban Embassy in Hanoi. The award was presented this by Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam, Rogelio Polanco, during the autumn gathering of the Club of Vietnamese Graduates in Cuba, held at the Thanh Loi (Victoria) Hotel in Hanoi.
